- A filled out & signed copy of the EGYPT AGREEMENT - SIGN AT THE BOTTOM OF PG. 2 (email or hard copy will be accepted)
- A Photo/Scan of your PASSPORT INFORMATION PAGE (email or hard copy will be accepted). **Be sure your passport is current - must have at least 6 months available.
- And your FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS (later, when you’ve made them) showing your Airline, Flight #, Arrival Date & Time into Cairo and also your Departure Date & Time from Cairo back home.

What’s Not Included: International flights & Travel Insurance
All prices/rates are based on cash/check and/or Visa/Master Card (card must add 3%). Your Earlybird Deposit or a Deposit of $700 must accompany this reservation in the form of cash, check or money order made payable to Paul Hubbert. You will receive trip information along with your deposit confirmation receipt.
Payment with Credit Card adds a 3% "Travel CC" overseas credit card fee. (If paid via check, cash, money order or zelle there is no fee.)
Cancellation / Refund Policy: Cancellations in writing only. Refund based on days prior to departure; more than 92 days, $700 penalty * 91-75 days, penalty is 25% of package price * 74-62 days, penalty is 50% of package price * 61 days or less, penalty is full package price.

CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL EXCHANGES: Exchanges of Crystal Singing Bowls are permitted only with prior approval. To request an exchange, please email Paul@HolographicSound.com within 7 days of your bowl delivery. Approved exchanges must be returned in their original, new condition and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
